Cat-Cow Pose
Start on all fours – place your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Your back should be in a neutral position.
Inhale – Cow Pose: As you inhale, drop your belly towards the mat, arch your back, and lift your head and tailbone up towards the ceiling. Open your chest and gaze upward. Feel the stretch along your spine and the front of your torso.
