Exhale – Cat Pose: On your exhale, draw your belly button towards your spine, rounding your back up towards the ceiling. Tuck your chin to your chest, and release the crown of your head toward the floor. Press through your hands to engage your shoulder blades.
Repeat: Flow between Cow Pose on the inhale and Cat Pose on the exhale for 5-10 breaths, moving slowly and focusing on the fluid movement of your spine.
