The diet is based on gelatin dishes (sugar-free or with minimal sweetener), plus light proteins and vegetables. Gelatin helps with satiety, provides collagen, and is very low in calories.

or a glass of 1% kefir / low-fat yogurt

Chicken or vegetable broth

Chicken or fish aspic (lightly salted)

Berry gelatin

Herbal tea

Cottage cheese gelatin (low-fat cottage cheese + gelatin)

or vegetable gelatin (broth-based)

Lean fish, chicken (in aspic form)

Vegetables (cucumbers, zucchini, leafy greens)

Water: 1.5–2 liters per day
